Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a calm and confidential space to explore what you're going through, whether you're grieving a loss, navigating a major life change, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.

Together, we can look at how past experiences may be shaping your present, gently work through emotional blocks, and develop tools to support you in everyday life. My approach is compassionate, and shaped around your unique needs, helping you reconnect with meaning, self-worth, and a stronger sense of self.

Clients often come to me during times of transition or emotional overwhelm. This may include bereavement, the end of a relationship, identity shifts, or adjusting to life after retirement or prison. I also support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, trauma, anger, and challenges within family relationships.

We'll co-create a flexible therapy plan shaped around your needs, goals, and pace. There's no set timeline, some people attend for a few sessions around a specific issue, while others value longer-term support. However long you choose to stay, we'll regularly check in to ensure the work remains relevant and supportive as things evolve.

Journal and Cup

I'm currently taking a sabbatical and am not accepting new clients at this time. You're invited to explore the information below, which explains how I work when my practice is open.

How I Work

I offer 50-minute online therapy sessions for individuals. Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly and are charged at £60 per session. Payment is requested by bank transfer at the time of booking.

Beginning Therapy

I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory video or phone call. This provides an opportunity to talk about what is bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit, with no obligation to continue.
